Project:

Project Overview
“Mak Community is an enrichment and caregiving organisation committed to supporting individuals with empathy, dignity, and personalised care. Ethical Den partnered with Mak Community to design an end-to-end visual identity and a digital presence that reflects warmth, trust, and accessibility across every user touchpoint.
Our focus is on creating a consistent, human-centred brand ecosystem grounded in clarity and emotional resonance.
We crafted a heart-driven logo supported by gentle, upward-holding hands — a visual metaphor for care, upliftment, and community support.
UI/UX-informed principles included:

The identity communicates kindness, protection, and enrichment, core to Mak Community’s mission
A structured, grid-based layout designed for readability and trust.
Minimal and professional, designed to reinforce organisational reliability and consistency.

A modern info-focused card with clean spacing and strong hierarchy, making communication details easy to locate and remember.

We designed a website that feels supportive, approachable, and easy to navigate, mirroring the caregiving nature of the organisation.
Key UI/UX considerations:
The website acts as a gentle, informative, and user-friendly touchpoint for families and individuals seeking enrichment services.

The Mak community now has a unified brand language. From logo to print to digital, it expresses empathy, clarity, and integrity. Ethical Den delivered a complete branding and UI/UX solution that enhances trust, strengthens engagement, and reflects the organisation’s commitment to care-driven enrichment.
